The heading itself might have given a hint the issue regarding which I am going to write today!
Our PM recently mentioned that selling snacks is also a job which anybody can do to live a respectful life. He mentioned this when asked about generation of 1 crore jobs every year while in a interview by Zee News.
Today, I could see many are protesting against what our PM said. People protesting are the people living in the tax payers money who doesn't know the value of living with self respect. They don't even try to understand the real meaning behind what our PM tried to tell to everyone in the nation. He has just given an example of a person who could have taken a loan from any scheme of central govt. to start his own business. But people (parasites) who does not know what it means to earn and making their living by their own earning are today speaking against our PM. I just want to inform people regarding the initiatives of central govt. as well as these parasites with this writing!
This government has started three schemes under which eligible aspirants were given with initial investment to start their company, firm and serve nation along with their families and their employee's. The schemes are,
1. Credit Guarantee Fund Scheme (CGS)
This scheme is run by the government of India in collaboration with SIDBI (Small Industries Development Bank of India) to give unsecured loans to businesses. One can borrow up to Rs.100 Lakh in term loans or working capital loans as per one's (project) eligibility and feasibility.
Cumulatively, as at March 31, 2017, a total of 27,72,744 accounts have been accorded guarantee approvals for 1,28,787 crore. However, the upper limit of 100 Lakh has been increased to 200 Lakh from December 2016 for the benefit of aspirant Indian entrepreneurs.
2. MUDRA Scheme
In this scheme one can get a loan from 50,000 to 10 Lakhs based upon the requirement of the entrepreneur. MUDRA stands for Micro Units Development and Refinance Agency Ltd. It is an agency launched by the government of India to facilitate corporate term loans to entrepreneurs.
The total number of loans advanced under the scheme has reached 8.7 crore till August 13th, 2017. Small women entrepreneurs and business units run by women are the biggest beneficiaries of the scheme.
3. Start Up India Scheme
The Stand Up India scheme is a special scheme started by the government of India to financially empower SC/ST and women entrepreneurs. You can borrow between Rs. 10 lakh and Rs. 1 CR to start a manufacturing, trading or service unit, which is to be repaid in 7 years.
In this scheme till date more than 6800 startups have been recognized.
Hence, from all the above schemes in total 9 Crore entrepreneurs got funding to start their new independent life. Even if we assume 1:1 dependency as a whole, the number of jobs generated will reach to more than 18 Crore. This whopping number itself speaks for the number of job creator being created by Indian Govt. in the past few years.
So, anybody asking regarding generation of jobs, tell them it is not just job, it is generation of entrepreneurs who can intern generate jobs and connected network of small entrepreneurs who can sustain themselves along with many similar to them with proud and immense self respect.
