Cataract surgery for eye!

Dear Friends,

I was away for few days from the internet connection. My father was undergoing cataract surgery at one of the hospital at Shivamogga, Karnataka, India. Hence, to support him during this period I was there with my parents.
I would like to share the information regarding the surgery which I got from the doctor at Shivamogga. Doctor was a senior eye surgeon and a gentleman. When I approached my father to know about the surgery which he is undergoing, he just asked me to talk to the doctor to know about the info I asked for. So, below are the few important things to know about this surgery.

  1. This is not a life threatening surgery.
  2. This surgery will be completed in just 10 minutes to 20 minutes. In total one can go back to home in a day after undergoing this surgery from the time of admitting one to hospital.
  3. There are mainly two types of lens which will be fitted in the eye for vision. Monofocal and multifocal lens.
  4. Monofocal lens is found to be cheaper when compared to multifocal lens.
  5. Rarely, reappearance of cataract can happen but not very frequently.
My father got admitted to the hospital in the afternoon and eye drops are used to dilate the cataract for some time. Then doctor took 20 minutes to complete the surgery in the operation theater. After the operation, he has been advised to give rest for a week by avoiding any journey, hard physical works and smoking. It has also been advised not to rub eyes, to eat soft foods and to avoid rigorous shaking of head. He has been advised to sleep by keeping the operated eye to the upside (not to exert pressure on it).
He has been asked him to settle there in the hospital (reluctantly agreed) for that night and the next day morning he has been discharged after taking out the bandage/plastering to go home. He is relaxing at home now.

I shall share some more info in my future posts.

I felt like yesterday was some what kind of realisation day for some of the subjects of Pakistan!

One of their actress Saba Qamar was expressing her fate being born in Pakistan. She was not so happy being ill-treated outside of her nation for being from her nation. So, this clearly shows that she was not happy nor her beloved ones. This should trigger (will not trigger is the issue actually) the residents of Pakistan, well wishers of Pakistan to think about their gifts (terrorists, terrorist leaders, terrorist organisations and terrorism so on...) to the world are the reasons for them being treated like this.
This is not a joke instead this should be treated as a red flag for their bilateral relationship with any nation in the world. The present world does not believe in "I am Khan, not a terrorist!", these slogans have already been thrown to garbage. It is time to take action against terrorists and terrorist heavens to show that slogans are not just slogans are actually actions.
World is now very small because media and electronic modes of  information exchange. Matters will not be that secret for a long period, they will come out one fine day (asap) and all will come to know the reality.
Hence, it is not an advice to anyone (even to China) to not to indulge in terrorism, supporting terrorism and standing by such nations supporting terrorism to stop doing so! It is very clear now to all regarding terrorist nations and terrorist supporting nations.
So, be in peace and let others be in peace. If you follow this then, you don't have to cry about your situation as saba Qamar in front of the world!
